ABOUT THIS MOM
A native of Boston, I was born and raised there until I left a year after graduating from high school. After making a couple of stops along the way, I moved to the Atlanta area in 2002.
I became a single mother at the ripe age of 35 and my life has forever changed. Born in 2014, my daughter (whom I affectionately call "The Little Girl") is full of life, hope, light and kindness.
One of my main goals in ensuring that those characteristics of her remain intact as much as possible, as life happens in its very distinct way.
I hope my candor encourages at least one person to press forth even when it seems impossible. There will be plenty of times to shed tears from laughter and from my pain. Grab a Kleenex and buckle up for the ride.
